The department of Interaction Science(Chair Donghee Shin) and School of Informatics at Indiana University(Dean Robert Schnabel)
concluded an agreement on exchange of scholarship and students on 19 August 2014.
Both universities planned on exchange of scholarship, professors and students according to the agreement.
Through global alliance, Dept. of Interaction Science is going to send professors and students as part of BK21 plus project.
Robert B. Schnabel(The school dean, School of Informatics), Esfandiar Haghverdi(Dean, School of Informatics) and Donghee Shin(Chair,
Dept. of Interaction Science) had agreement ceremory in Dean's office at Indiana University and shared ideas about exchange and cooperation.
Indiana University is one of the best research universities among state universities of America.
Indiana University has already operated a variety of cooperation programs.
In particular, school of Informatics at Indiana University that is a convergence school of computer, information and UX/UI is rated a
leading model of convergence education program with international scholars in HCI.
