    1. To whom: Freshmen and Students who didn't submit the Thesis Advisor Application

    2. Application Period: Sep 16, 2015 ~ Sep 24, 2015 (from 10:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m., Monday through Friday)

    3. Documents to be submitted

        - Thesis Advisor Application

        - Thesis Research Plan

    4. Submission Form: Please find the file attached. 

    5. Etc: You should submit the application with signature of your advisor.

              You don't have to get the chair's signature.
