Although numerous departments and universities are talking about convergence and consilience, there are extremely rare departments that implement unprecedented and creative research and education. In our department, both social science professors and engineering professors work together to achieve real ‘convergence’ in scholarship.

The Department of Interaction Science at SKKU is proud of its outstanding research productivity and is organized by the world’s leading scholars in human-computer interaction, user experiences and interface, management of technology, telecommunication policy, future media, and big data analysis.

Currently, talented and enthusiastic souls who are from the United States, Netherlands, as well as Korea, are taking courses in the Interaction Science department, and our alumni are working in the fields of industry, academia, and public/government institutions.
