Authors must timely submit their manuscripts via EasyChair system. All papers must be uploaded in PDF and editable files (Word/Latex) following the IEEE proceedings format. Detailed submission guidelines can be found on IMCOM 2021 website (http://www.imcom.org).
* Regular papers should be from 5 to 8 pages.
* Short papers should be from 2 to 4 pages.
